Rental Terms & Conditions

One week minimum during Summer (June 20 - September 20, 2019) and all holidays including Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, XMAS, and New Year’s. Three-day holiday weekends include MLK, Presidents, Memorial, and Columbus Days and require a three night minimum. Two night minimum the rest of the year.

Please note that prices quoted do not include cleaning. In addition, the County of Marin charges 14% tax on stays of 30 days or less. Tax is calculated on entire fee, including cleaning.
