A second bedroom with a Full bed, a Full bed in the living room facing the ocean, and a separate cottage with a Queen bed and half bath and a coffee bar provide sheltered solace during your stay. This snug lodge is a gateway to another time, a cozy indoor retreat as well as an outdoor adventure right beyond the golden dunes of Stinson beach.
The experience doesn’t stop there. Besides the shining surf right outside your door, you are a few minutes from the private Seadrift tennis court, nearby hiking trails, and the glistening blue-green waters of the Seadrift lagoon. The lagoon provides a myriad of activities such as swimming and kayaking with views of Mount Tam.

  We had a wonderful week in this perfect beachfront cabin. Just the right amount of rustic with a nice updated kitchen. It was a great place for our group of old college friends to hang out inside or on the bluff overlooking the beach. There's a master bedroom looking out on the beach, and a small bedroom and a sleeping nook off the living room (this turned out to be a favorite) in the main house, and another detached bedroom off the garage. This is a great place for a group of friends or a family with teenagers who might like their own space in the back house. We've been here twice and are already planning our trip for next year.

  Our family loves the location and simplicity of this beach house. We could step right out into the sand and jump in the ocean. Days spent boogie boarding, walking to treasure beach, hiking the Matt Davis trail and enjoying a cocktail on the bluffs right outside the house were so magical! The house was a perfect getaway for our family to experience the expansiveness of the natural world in Stinson.

  Beautiful home, nestled in the dunes with beach just on the other side of them. Well appointed, very comfortable, rustic style but all in great shape, giant fireplace in center of great room was amazing...beautiful views out of the back window as well of the mountains. Will definitely come again, felt worlds away. Also easy to get to, close inside the Seadrift gate.

  The property was well described, although the separate queen bedroom is a converted garage. It was functional and great to be right on the beach in Seadrift. It has a convenient washer and dryer which was helpful.
  The home was clean and the kitchen was reasonably well-supplied with basic pots and pans. Worked for making breakfasts and snacks, but we ate out for lunch and dinner with no dishwasher.
  I'd stay again as other homes in the area are considerably more expensive, although upgrading to a home with a hot tub, gas grill and/or dishwasher would be nice.

  Seadrift has been a place where we are able to let go of our urban life and bask in the uncomplicated quiet existence of the 1950s. We boogy and surf for hours, collect rocks on the beach to paint and bird watch all day long. At night we prepare our own meals with fresh produce from Bolinas, listen to music and snuggle by the fire. We are world travelers but our week at Stinson Beach is the vacation we look forward to the most!
