Comfortable living room, dining area, gourmet kitchen all share the views of the ocean. Living room has built in window seat and comfortable couches in front of the wood burning fireplace. Perfect spot to relax and read! The gourmet kitchen has a 6 burner stove with grill and 2 ovens, wine refrigerator and antique butcher's block to prepare your food for the grill! Large ocean side patio with hot tub. Set into the dunes for privacy and wind protection you will enjoy many hours there.

Three comfortable private bedrooms each with a bathroom. Step down to a large family room with a gas fireplace, large television, new king sofa sleeper, comfortable window seats and a table to play cards or do puzzles! Many activities can share the space with plenty of windows to bring in natural light. There are numerous doors throughout the home to lead to the outside and bring in the salt air breezes.

  We were so thrilled to be on the ocean front. We had morning coffee in the dunes to watch the sunrise over the Marin Headlands. We had wine in the eventing to watch the sun set over the Pt. Reyes Peninsula! It was a perfect place to celebrate life!!

  Home was incredible, location was unbelievably beautiful and convenient. I would have liked if owners left option for using bikes. Some lights in home did not work or turn on. sheets and towels were wonderful. Tons of space and beautiful lay out of home. Hot tub had small parts at bottom of tub that had come off of tub but these were very small problems relative to beauty of house.

  I grew up going to Stinson and this house is by far the best rental I've ever seen. It's spacious but cozy. Comfortable, well-appointed, and perfectly situated. Looks even better than pictured and the beachfront is out of a movie. It has a cinematic deja vu feeling to it because it looks like it could be in the Hamptons, Cape Cod, or any magical beach town. The house also has a good vibe. You can almost feel all the great memories it holds. Can't wait to stay here again and again.
