Luxurious open floor plan with breezy California vibe. High end furnishings and custom woodwork throughout. The great room with a fireplace surrounded by deep seating on one end and a fabulous kitchen with high end appliances on the other. Table with seating for 8 lucky dinner guests and a few bar stools to pull up to the counter makes each meal a theatrical event.
The living room opens out to a patio equipped with a fine propane BBQ and a table for al fresco dining. At the end of the day relax in the hot tub in the peaceful surrounds. Down a few steps to the water’s edge is another deck with a floating dock to launch a kayak or a SUP. Or you could just jump in! Peaceful courtyard in the front of the house perfect for your morning coffee with a table and chairs.
Three bedrooms, each with a private bath, two with Queen beds and the third with two Twins. Located through the bedroom with the Twins is a bedroom with 2 sets of Bunk beds.
High tech features abound including indoor/outdoor Sonos sound system, Apple TV in each bedroom and Nest thermostats controlling the radiant heat in each room.
Live large. At least for a week or two!

  We had a wonderful holiday with our family at 205. It was beautifully decorated and incredibly well appointed in the kitchen. Everything we needed to cook family meals was there and then some! The only downside was that it was a bit of a trek for beach access and it was chilly on the deck due to position of sun. Not a huge deal, but was definitely jealous of the homes on the other side of the lagoon who were in the sun for most of the day. Would highly recommend this property otherwise.

  This house looks great online and it's great in person. Everything about our stay was seamless and the house makes you want to hang out and relax. The main room of the house - kitchen, dining area, living room and doors opening to the large back deck - is perfect for family time, watching movies, listening to music on their Sonos system or daydreaming with views of the lagoon and Mt. Tam.
  
  If you haven't stayed in Seadrift, the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and the team takes care off all the details - all you need to do is show up with food and drinks.
  
  House 205 is great for a big family or 2 families together -with two queen-bed rooms and then bunks/singles for another 6. It's a great set-up and would definitely book again.

  Had a great time. Main issue was the oven which didn't work i.e., the oven door locked whenever it was open. We discovered this issue on Saturday and had guests arriving that evening. Seadrift was able to get a repair person there and part couldn't be delivered until the following Wednesday. Seadrift authorized repair person to break lock which seemed to be the only solution to make oven functional that day. It would have been courteous if Seadrift offered some compensation as this took a lot of time and caused major aggravation to have dinner guests arriving with nonfunctional oven.
