This three bedroom, two bathroom home features light and airy beach décor. At this exclusive lagoon location, your family can enjoy all the activities summer has to offer... From paddle boarding and swimming right off the lower dock to a tennis match at the Seadrift tennis courts and a barefoot stroll to the ocean. The main bedroom has a water view and a door to the lagoon-side deck and features a King bed. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, and a set of Bunks in the third bedroom. Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled. The house has an open, easy floor plan. Dining table seats eight, well equipped open kitchen with gas range. The bi-level lagoon-side deck has a floating dock and a hot tub, and lots of seating. Enjoy the expansive views of the Bolinas Lagoon and its wonderful wildlife and birds from the lounge chairs in the front yard.

  This was the second time we rented this charming, small house on Dipsea Road, overlooking the endlessly fascinating Bolinas Lagoon. The Seadrift Company does a wonderful job of managing this property and are very proactive in fixing any problems. Great kitchen and main room with views everywhere to nature. The deck is a little faded and could use new cushions and a little gardening TLC in the front would be nice - otherwise all nice.

  Beautiful time at Stinson Beach and on the lagoon. Location of house is outstanding with beautiful windows facing the lagoon, letting in tons of natural sunlight. Hot tub amazing! Lots of beach towels.
  Unfortunately, i did find dog poop on outside grounds which were unpleasant to find but the rental agency came down right away to clean this up when I called about this issue. The living room couch has stains on it and I think house could use a new one. Outside deck is lovely.

  Our third visit to lovely Seadrift and first time at this cozy house. We especially loved the huge windows and the nearness to the Bolinas Lagoon, the house feels very open to both the Bolinas Lagoon and the Seadrift manmade lagoon on the other side of the house. Good kitchen and main room, good master bedroom, nice linens and towels.
  To be honest, a few house items do need work; we were there for 2 weeks and the 2 other bedrooms have no closets accessible nor dressers to unpack into. Hard to feel at home. We really like the back dock area, it is not over designed as some here are; open and nice, but the cushions could perhaps use a refresh. Love being at this end of Dipsea Road, near the beach entrance, tennis and endless walking and biking in all directions. There is noting like Seadrift. Big shout out to Ashley in the office who takes care of everything! Wonderful service. Thank you.

  Our family loved this rental home in SeaDrift. Beautiful view of Bolinas Lagoon from a large window in the front of the house and back deck directly on the inner lagoon. We were on our SUPs & kayak everyday! Also enjoyed short walk/bike/drive to local private tennis court & Stinson beach access. The house was well maintained with very nice kitchen & bathrooms. Spacious bedrooms.

  We stayed at 203 Dipsea to celebrate a 50th birthday. The home has beautiful views of the Bolinas Lagoon form the kitchen, dining room and living room. Home is also located on narrow portion of the internal lagoon which is great for kayaking (home has two) and stand up paddle boarding (we brough our own). About a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the beach and tennis courts. Bathrooms have been updated and the home gets lots of lights, so has a fresh feel to it. We used the fireplace most nights which was a nice extra. Some minor items that need attention: Some windows on the internal lagoon side in the two main bedrooms need replacing as the glass has a permanent fog to them. Also needs some painting on the outside on internal lagoon side and deck maintenance (some of the boards need replacing). A set of 10 glass wine glasses would be a nice for dinners and small gatherings. One of the light switches was broken and while we reported it at the beginning of the week, it was not repaired during our stay. Another maintenance issue was quickly resolved and the management compaany was very responsive. Overall a 5 star review and a great experience with the property... though some minor maintenance requred.

  Gazing in one direction is the Bolinas Lagoon with hundreds of birds and seals. Pelicans flying overhead and egrets nesting in trees. Paddling on the Seadrift Lagoon, walking to the beach, and reading by the fire. It is the perfect environment for physical and spiritual renewal.

  This little gem is a cozy retreat in the narrow part of the lagoon. It’s close to beach access and has views of the Bolinas marsh from the front of the house. Feel so lucky that the realty allowed a weekend rental. It was a much needed respite and recharge.
  The only downside is it seemed “scruffier” than pictured. There are some repairs needed and the equipment there (board and boats) are not functioning which was disappointing, especially for the rental cost per night.
  Regardless, it’s a Stinson classic. I’d recommend and plan to go again.

  This was a fantastic home on the lagoon. Great interior design with a Shark centered motif. Comfortable living space, great fireplace, great deck and lagoon access, close to beach and tennis court access...I would stay here again without question! The only recomendations I have for the owners are: 1)Provide an updated list and inventory amenities (coffee maker, kayaks, [kayaks were missing paddles]..etc.) 2) Pressure wash the decks and dock (lots of bird guano)

  I had never stayed on Dipsea Road before, so I was a little apprehensive. However, I think this is my new favorite. The fact that we could also bring our dog, sealed the deal. We loved watching the seabirds in the Bolinas lagoon every evening, and the kids loved paddle boarding off the back dock in the interior lagoon. The house was spacious and bright and very comfortable. I look forward to staying here again!
