This four bedroom, three bath lagoon-side house has a cascading tri-level deck with a luxurious hot tub and a private dock to swim, kayak and paddle board off of. The Primary bedroom has a King size bed, a posh en suite bathroom, and sliding doors that lead out to the back patio dining area with a propane barbecue. Views to the Bolinas Lagoon from the Queen bed in the detached 4th bedroom, a slider to the front patio and has its own brand new bathroom and shower. The game room is accessible from this cottage complete with a pool table for family fun. The Bolinas lagoon as well as the Mt Tamalpais ridge are right outside the front door. The open space across the street is a perfect spot to bird watch, play horse shoes and even fly a kite.

  As annual renters, this property is always a pleasure and a treat.
  And as a PS to the management company and not for general viewing. Please see what is possible in terms of removing that big shade in the kitchen which does not function correctly and unfortunately, hung crooked and/or just fell down....Such a shame as that is the standout view of the entire house and in my opinion, not necessary at all.   The house was beautifully decorated, clean, well stocked with supplies and kitchen utensils. The beds were very comfortable, the hot tub was great and the location was enjoyable on the lagoon watching the paddle boarders and kayakers go by.   An excellent layout for families with children, with a separate suite plus game room where the garage used to be. The house is in a wonderful location on the small lagoon toward the far end of the Seadrift spit. The living room opens to a deck over the small lagoon and to the patio with views of the hills across the big Bolinas Lagoon. Great nature viewing on both sides!

  We had a another wonderful family week at Stinson. The house on the Lagoon was wonderful. We have stayed in this house many times and they keep upgrading it. This year, there was a new hot tub and the bathroom in the guest house had been remodeled. Look forward to next summer.

  My family was happy to return to Seadrift after a 3-year absence. 181 Dipsea is a lovely home, full of great amenities and comfort. Kitchen had a thorough selection of tools, including a blender, Cuisinart, and Griddler. Bedrooms soothing; bathrooms luxurious. Lots of places to sit outside, on both sides of the home. Lagoon access good (especially once the ladder was fixed); a short stroll/drive to beach access. Fabulous views. Could use instructions re which light switch does what-- but we figured it out eventually. Already looking forward to returning.
