Spacious Lagoon-front Home

This spacious lagoon front home features soaring ceilings and expansive glass sliding doors that showcase the multi-level deck overlooking the sparkling blue lagoon. Dive off the dock into the lagoon for a swim or kayak trip or take a short walk to the soft sands of Stinson beach. A large lagoon-side deck is adorned with both propane and charcoal BBQ's and a bubbling hot tub for relaxing after a day hard at play on the lagoon or at the beach.
Two large suites each with a King bed, one with views of the Mt Tamalpais ridge and the other overlooking the Seadrift lagoon. A third bedroom equipped with two Queen beds. A gourmet kitchen comes with all the luxury amenities including a breakfast nook overlooking the lagoon and a pantry. There is open space across the street that is perfect for horseshoes or kite flying. The perfect place to create memories with your family that you will talk about for years to come!

  We had a fun, invigorating, and relaxing time in 31 Dipsea Road over Labor Day weekend. The house is beautiful, and the kitchen is fully equipped. We enjoyed all sorts of water sports on the lagoon, and enjoyed kayak trips in the morning stillness. The pickleball courts were also a great addition for us this year, and the beach is always a treat.
  
  The only issue we ran into was a large algae bloom that seemed to be centered right in front of the property. That made swimming impossible, but it cleared out as you made your way further into the lagoon. We aren't sure what caused that, and hopefully it won't be a permanent situation in that part of the lagoon.
  
  What a great stay that was. It's truly a magical place!

  We have stayed at 31 Dipsea multiple times and it never disappoints. The location is great (walking distance to beach/town, on sunny side of lagoon) and a very well stocked kitchen. House is clean, well maintained, and very comfortable for a group of 6-8. Our kids love it and want to go back year after year. Only suggestions I have would be to perhaps include a couple of different lagoon toys (paddle boards and kayaks), provide information for refreshing the hot tub during our stay (it turned a bit green), and consider allowing dogs.

  This home is really comfortable and spacious. The large living area has views of the lagoon and Marin headlands. The two King bedrooms are large with plenty of closets and drawer space. The kitchen is so well-appointed and has many amenities, serving bowls, kitchen tools. The outdoor space is incredible. There are two outdoor tables for dining, lounge chairs and a hot tub! We really had peaceful time and would definitely return to this property next summer.

  Excellent location on the wide part of the Seadrift lagoon. Front of the house looks out onto Mount Tam and the Bolinas Lagoon. Lots of great bird watching.   This house has everything you need to disconnect for a week (but it does have WiFi if you need it). Spectacular lagoon and mountain views, private, quiet and peaceful. Great layout inside and out and extremely well-stocked kitchen for those who enjoy cooking/entertaining. Easy walking distance to the beach, but the warm, sunny deck is where you spend most of the time from morning kayaking to nightly sunsets. Looking forward to coming back!

  We hosted a small friends and family gathering, we didn’t leave from the time we check in until we checked out. We had playing on the water in the boats provided and the paddle boards we rented. The house is well appointed and you want for nothing. The beds are comfortable and the linens and towels clean and soft. We love this house, this was our third visit and will not be our last.

  We have rented houses in Seadrift before, but 31 Dipsea Road is our new favorite! It was great to be so close to the beach (walking distance within 5 minutes). The house has a nice-sized driveway so more than 2 cars can park. The kitchen was so well-stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The layout of the house was fantastic; with the large living room in between the kitchen and the bedroom wing, we could work in the kitchen and not worry about noise waking up some of the late-sleepers. It was also handy to have the extra wine-fridge in the dining area. Lastly, there are beautiful views from both sides of the house - mountains on one side and lagoon on the other.

  Sparkling, sunny property with lots of light and water views. Comfortable beds and bathrooms. Large kitchen with every gadget.
