Freshly updated kitchen and baths, this home has been newly furnished and fitted with nearly everything a vacation rental should have for guest enjoyment. High ceilings, plenty of windows. Private setting behind a high wall, the spacious play yard with a fire bowl surrounded by comfy Adirondack chairs invites evening lingering and toasted marshmallows. Lushly landscaped gardens enclose the hot tub. This is a ridge view home on the Bolinas Lagoon but does not back up to the water. Short walk to beach.

  What a lovely spot. The proximity to the ocean is great but we hadn't expected the magnificent views of Mt Tamalpais; a truly beautiful combination. The number and variety of birds, from humming birds to great blue herons, is extraordinary. A great week. We'll definitely be back.

  I have stayed at 6 other houses over the last 20 years (all on the lagoon), and this is the first time my family has stayed at this lovely, quiet, and peaceful house. It is now my favorite! Loved all the outdoor space (especially the backyard with its gorgeous view of the hills). The layout is great - all the bedrooms are spread out so everyone has privacy. The kitchen/living area is very open. The house is not on the lagoon, but it being SO CLOSE to the beach totally makes up for that (it's a very quick and easy walk). I would whole-heartedly recommend this house to anyone. If you like to shop in a cute, quaint area, Stinson Beach has a few nice shops, a small grocery store, and several good restaurants. Bolinas also has a few quaint and interesting shops, at least one restaurant, and a small grocery store. If you don't mind a little driving, Point Reyes Station is a darling town with many lovely little stores, some good restaurants, and a grocery store. I have booked the house for five days at the end of June 2020 and cannot wait to go back!!!

  This house is gorgeous and SO spacious - our extended family (kids and adults) all loved it. The outside spaces in front and back are so nicely laid out and comfortable. The kitchen is dreamy. It was well-stocked with everything you need, and so great for cooking in a big group. The views of Mt. Tam and the wetlands in back were beautiful, and the beach is a quick walk down the street - couldn't have asked for more.
