On piers directly above the beach, this house offers panoramic views spanning San Francisco to Point Reyes. A comfortable living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen overlooks the warm sand of Stinson beach. BBQ oysters on the deck while watching migrating whales and pods of dolphins playing in the waves. Enjoy a book or a nap in the sunny window seat looking directly to the ocean.

This house features a Primary suite with a King bed and its own bathroom with a shower and separate bathtub. The second bedroom also has a King bed and the third bedroom with Bunk beds with two additional Twin beds.

With three bedrooms and two baths this house comfortably accommodates 8 overnight guests with a daytime limit of 16. Parking is limited to 3 cars.

  This house was wonderful. With the cozy fireplace and living room, large dining table for family meals and games, and the window bench looking straight out at the ocean, it was a perfect place to relax with our family and friends. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook together while looking out at the beautiful ocean. The beds were comfy. And the walk to town for nibbles and last minute groceries was easy along the beach. Everything was perfect.

  We gathered as a family with 6 adults, 2 babies and a short visit from our favorite black lab. The floorplan was ideal. The LR and kitchen are open and spacious and then there are the Best Views at Stinson. We enjoyed watching the beach parade and surfers and were blessed with beautiful sunsets. Even the rain didn't dampen the experience - thank you fireplace! We loved our time there and plan on returning as the family grows.

  Stinson Beach is truly a special location and town. We have been coming for quite a few years and I visited but never stayed overnight as a boy growing up in San Francisco and going to Mt. Tam and the beach many times. Somehow being at the beach and this particular property allows for a true slowing down, being still and quiet, enjoying the refreshing ocean and experiencing peace that can be difficult to find. Hopefully this continues for many years and the 25 Calle Del Resaca property is a magical and most welcoming home to visit each other. Thank you Seadrift realty and home owner.
