279 Seadrift is a relaxed and casual two bedroom, two bathroom home on the Seadrift Lagoon. Bright and sunny with lots of windows looking out at the water and the Mt. Tamalpais ridge in the distance. Enjoy the fireplace from the sunken living room overlooking the lagoon. The open floor plan allows you to catch up with loved ones from the kitchen, dining and living rooms. A spacious three level deck on the water offers plenty of space for outdoor entertaining and a fully enclosed patio is delightful for al fresco dining.

The King size master bedroom with a slider to the deck looks onto the lagoon and majestic Mt. Tam. The bedroom is equipped with 2 sets of Twin bunk beds. There is a small sitting room with a Queen sized sofa sleeper.

Well stocked with books and games, the house is a lovely retreat for families.

    The lagoon house works well for us and teenagers. We enjoy the
    large dining table with a view of the Lagoon and layout of the kitchen
    is great as there are a lot of family always hanging out in that area.
    The patio with a ping pong table is very sheltered with comfortable
    furniture.

    We loved the house on the lagoon, across the street from my daughter's rental on the beach, so we had the best of both worlds. It was clean and quiet despite the building next door and across the street. Builders were quiet and respectful.
