Go with the flow, indoors and outdoors... Beautifully situated on the upper Seadrift Lagoon, 269 Seadrift offers three bedrooms, each with a private bath, a large living room, and a kitchen with views of the water and the Mt Tam ridgeline. The main bedroom features a King bed and large sliders opening to the beautifully furnished interior courtyard. Main en suite bath has recently been remodeled and boasts a modern walk in shower and soaking tub, with a door to the lagoonside deck. Two of the elegantly decorated bedrooms are accessed via separate entries from the very spacious courtyard deck. The upper deck features dining table and BBQ while the lower dock. Relax in the hot tup on the lower dock at the end of the day. Summer only. One week minimum.

Well-mannered house-trained dogs are welcome at this property with the pet stay authorized by and payment of a pet fee per dog paid to Seadrift Realty. If you would like to have a dog stay with you a pet fee must be paid prior to your stay. All other animals and pets are not authorized for this home. Please adhere to leash laws anytime your dog is outside the home.

  My mother, sister, and I had a fabulous week at 269 Sea Drift. The view of and access to the lagoon was fabulous and the walk to the beach was short and easy. Loved being near the pickleball courts. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. I would stay there again in a heartbeart!

  We loved this home, its location, the lagoon, the proximity to access to the beach, the ping pong table, the kayak, the hot tub and the open kitchen. Only a couple of suggestions: The guest bedroom which also houses the washer and dryer is terribly musty [probably because of the w/d] I could not stay in that room. Something should be done to address what feels/smells like water leakage and mold. The shower in the master bath did not have "hot" water the entire week. We knew to shut off the gas gauge to the bbq, yet that did not improve the condition. BUT, aside from these inconveniences, we loved our stay.

  The combination of access to Seadrift's sheltered Lagoon for swimming, SUP, and kayaks, PLUS a spectacular sandy ocean beach with surfing waves (bring a wetsuit) and beach combing, PLUS the larger Bolinas tidal lagoon with its wildlife, PLUS its channel connecting to the ocean, together make this one of the great family water playgrounds for us. The two nearby villages of Stinson Beach and Bolinas add a dimension of some shops, libraries, and restaurants. Northern CA weather. Some cold summer foggy days; some warm sunny winter days. We go year around.

  Comfortably appointed furnishings with extra nice touches. High end appliances and water efficient washer drier we’re on site. A great hot tub to ease tired muscles after long days surfing.
