Beautifully situated on the upper Seadrift lagoon. Lodging includes a main suite with a California King bed, a gas fireplace and views to the dazzling Seadrift lagoon. The spa like en suite bathroom with a large tub and custom shower. A second bedroom with a Queen bed overlooks the well-manicured private courtyard, and the third bedroom with 2 sets of Bunk Beds. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. The open floor plan allows for easy entertaining in the living room, open kitchen and dining nook with views of the water and the Mt. Tamalpais ridge line. The water side deck, complete with a dining table and lounge chairs, is a sunny spot for relaxing after a fun-filled day of outdoor activities, an outdoor enthusiasts dream. If you want to head to beach fun, its only steps out your front door.

Well-mannered house-trained dogs are welcome at this property with the pet stay authorized by and payment of a pet fee per dog paid to Seadrift Realty. If you would like to have a dog stay with you a pet fee must be paid prior to your stay. All other animals and pets are not authorized for this home. Please adhere to leash laws anytime your dog is outside the home.

  Two issues the gutters banged two nights there was bad fog. Sea drift fixed it immediately then the smoke detector batteries were low and they started to beep in the middle of the night waking us up. Besides that, the house was maintained well and we had beautiful weather.

  The place was wonderful and beautiful. A few suggestions:
  The master bedroom bathroom did not work The shower was broken and the faucet didn't work. Shula called many times to no avail
  I wish there were steps up to the deck from the water. I fell and was black and blue. Most of the homes have steps up from the lagoon. a simple solution
