Light and Breezy Lagoon Home

Very well put together house on the Seadrift lagoon. A bright and airy great room with gas fireplace and cozy nook perfect for curling up with a book. The chef’s kitchen features granite countertops and backsplash, stainless steel refrigerator and Viking range. An open dining area with windows overlooking the water. French doors open from the living room to a layered deck with al fresco dining and a hot tub on the lower deck, perfect after a day of paddling around the lagoon.
The main bedroom suite is complete with King bed, french doors to the waterside deck and a spa like bathroom including a shower and a bathtub. A second bedroom also with a King bed has a tv and view of the enclosed garden courtyard. An upgraded bathroom with a posh shower is accessible. The airy third bedroom with Twin beds has a charming dresser and half bath for use.

Well-mannered house-trained dogs are welcome at this property with the pet stay authorized by and payment of a pet fee per dog paid to Seadrift Realty. If you would like to have a dog stay with you a pet fee must be paid prior to your stay. All other animals and pets are not authorized for this home. Please adhere to leash laws anytime your dog is outside the home.

  Our family treasures our vacation in Stinson Beach every year. We love staying on the lagoon side so that we can easily take the kayak or paddle board out any time of day. The house is beautiful with a large open kitchen/living area grat for cooking together and just relaxing. We hope to come here every year!

  I have stayed at 209 Seadrift twice now. I love that it’s on the lagoon even though I thought I needed a beachfront rental. I now actually prefer the lagoon side. I swam 2-3 times a days. Took multiple hot tubs and watched the birds fly overhead. The house is beautiful and a great layout. I can’t wait to come back.

  We’ve been coming to Stinson beach for many years with our family friends. Our kids grew up together and love to come here. It’s our happy place. We always choose Seadrift Rentals, because the homes are beautiful, clean, well appointed, and in the best location ever. we’ve never stayed on the ocean side because we actually prefer the lagoon. It’s less windy and the kids are able to jump off the dock or kayak and paddleboard, right from the house. It’s very little effort and as teenagers, that’s a must! ; )

  We loved our stay at 209 Seadrift! The rooms all feel like they have their own wings of the house, conjoined by the open plan kitchen/dining/living rooom.
  
  Our babies slept great even when the adults were loud. The beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen is fit for a chef. Especially loved waking up to the lagoon and taking out the kayak, simply dreamy.
