Beautifully appointed three bedroom, two bath home located on the wide part of the Seadrift lagoon features views from the living/dining room and the main bedroom. Renovated kitchen and bathrooms. A detached bonus room with a sofa and TV/DVD. Enter the courtyard and find a hot tub and a gathering of chairs for a great place to enjoy the afternoon sun. A fully fenced water-side deck off the living room and lower dock area to enjoy all the lagoon has to offer. Paddle board, swim and kayak with loved ones and make memories that last a lifetime!

Well-mannered house-trained dogs are welcome at this property with the pet stay authorized by and payment of a pet fee per dog paid to Seadrift Realty. If you would like to have a dog stay with you a pet fee must be paid prior to your stay. All other animals and pets are not authorized for this home. Please adhere to leash laws anytime your dog is outside the home.

  Very familiar with this home but the garden seems to be neglected. Lots of death and dying. Also, home is badly in need of an ant abatement program. We all have ants in Marin but they’re pretty bad in this home despite our best efforts.

  Everything was perfect. The only thing that I would suggest would be for the property manager or owner to provide swim/hot tub towels. Since we were driving, it was not an issue, however if we were flying in, it would definitely be a bummer to have to pack these items. Everything else was awesome and when we had an issue with the hot tub (small and just needed to reset the breaker), they were available and able to assist us immediately.

  191 Seadrift was a huge hit for one big reason and that was the very excellent HOT TUB. My kids spent a good bit of the week in that tub. Otherwise it was a nice house with lots of room and everything was in good working order.

  I was a bit apprehensive when I pulled up and saw "caution" tape around the vegetation in the front yard, and even more so when I saw the hole! The adult "kids" were disappointed there was no foosball ball in the machine. After waiting until the usual 4pm check-in time I was surprised to see that the dead ants had not been swept up. But...all in all I was thrilled to finally have an opportunity to rent my family's own space for the annual whole-family trip taken to Stinson Beach for the past 13 (?) years. This home was chosen due to the full fencing around the deck; we have a baby and had to plan for potential crawling by the time we were there! The house is beautiful and comfortable. I would recommend it to others, but would tell them to check if the septic issue has been resolved. Despite being conservative water users anyway, on our last night I washed the dishes "camping style" and the remaining four occupants felt we shouldn't risk taking a shower on the day of departure. So that made it so we weren't entirely comfortable during our stay, but could readily see where the property normally would lend itself to a wonderfully comfortable vacation spot. Thank you to the owners for letting us stay. And thank you to the Seadrift Realty staff for being friendly, helpful and responsive to our needs!

  Great beds. Awesome open views of lagoon and mountains.
  Only issue is if you are not 6 feet tall you need help to access all the glassware. Cabinets are too high. It does give more light into the small kitchen however. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving at this home.
