The kitchen is open to the dining area and living room and lends itself to congregating with family and friends while cooking. The main bedroom includes a plush King bed, a modern closet, and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. French doors in the master open onto the upper level of the lagoonside deck with hot tub and all the activities on the lagoon. The second bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed, mirrored closet and small writing desk. Custom double Bunk beds are set in playful design and is perfect for kids to occupy in the third bedroom. The cascading two level waterside deck boasts a hot tub, a table and chairs with a sun umbrella, fully furnished lower dock as well as a floating dock. The front entry has a spacious and sunny deck complete with chaise lounges and a large dining table for your afternoon and evening meals.

  The home was beautiful. The only issues were the broken washing machine and the seagulls which awakened us with very loud caw-ing at 6 am every morning for about 20 minutes. We have stayed on the lagoon before and never had this issue, so think it is particular to this house. Is there a nest? It was very disruptive to our sleep. Otherwise we loved the home. We did take one small round plastic food container home with us which we will send back to you. Thank you! Ashley- you ere wonderful,. Thank you for being so helpful.
