  What a dreamy week we had in Stinson at this charming and beautiful home on the lagoon. The location is perfect - on the wide part of the lagoon with views of the mountain. Comfortable and nicely decorated home. Lots of amenities to use - bikes, SUPs, kayaks and spa. We hope to be back next year!

  An otherwise nice trip except for the HOT TUB BACTERIAL INFECTION OF 3 FAMILY MEMBERS who now have the expense of doctors’ visits and antibiotics. Kitchen is well equipped, the great room is good for family gatherings, (except not all overhead lights work),many “play things” like bikes, scooters, kayaks, even a water polo net.

  Our family rents a home at Stinson beach every summer and this ended up being one of our favorites. First of all the layout is ideal for a family, with the primary bedroom at a good distance from the kids rooms. The home has been recently remodeled and everything is nicely refreshed with tastefull bathrooms, great kitchen set up and a really nice outdoor space. Kids loved the hottub. Being on the wider part of the lagoon is nice, the views of the other homes are quite different than the more narrow portion of the lagoon, feels more like you're staying lakeside. Home is well kept, was super clean and maintained well. For sure would rent here again and recommend to friends. Had lots of kayaks and paddle boards, which we all used. Great house!

  Another glorious week at Stinson Beach. This house has an open warm feeling to it. The room with the window seat is especially cozy. The art work was great and captured the theme of a beach house. Seadrift Realty was fantastic with any request that we had. Super fun to have a fire pit, outdoor shower, and a hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked and made cooking a joy. The proximity to the beach was exceptional. The only drawback was the floating dock. It was every seagulls favorite place to land, etc. Therefore, we didn't paddle board from the dock.We would rent this house again and would recommend it to family and friends.

  Very comfortable and roomy house with great kitchen and many outdoor activities! The location was great and the bedrooms were roomy but bathrooms were on small size.   Two couples and a single were at Stinson for a wedding in Seadrift and reception at the Stinson Community Center. The location was perfect, and we were very comfortable in this beautiful home. We only wish we could have spent more time at the property. All of us would highly recommend staying at 131 Seadrift Road! Our only suggestion is to repair the principal bathroom window which doesn't close. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

  My daughter and grandsons and I had a wonderful stay at this house on the lagoon. The owners have thought of every comfort, from the hot tub on the deck to comfortable beds and good cookware. I brought my bicycle and enjoyed a ride with friends up to the top of Mount Tamalpias. They even have 3 clunker bikes for guests.
  The staff at Seadrift Company are a joy to book through.I thank them for suggesting this house, as it was a perfect fit for this stay.

  We loved our stay here! The exterior is traditional lagoon property, but the interior has been completely updated and is incredibly comfortable and chic. We loved our routine: play in the ocean, jump in the lagoon, rinse off in the shower and soak in the hot tub. Kitchen was lovely to cook in: everything we needed but nothing more. Can't wait to rent it again!
  Everyone at Seadrift Realty was top-notch. As much as we love Airbnb, it was nice to rent from a local company that has been managing for ages. Very responsive, and knew every property inside and out.

  We had a great stay at 131 Seadrift Road! Everything in the house was well appointed, check in/out was easy and the rental company was easy to work with. The only thing to note is that the firepit doesn't work and though they said it's not listed on the website as an amenity I double checked and it is listed (and they have several pictures of it) so we had brought smores and hot toddies in anticipation. So we had a momentary let down on that front, but understand the safety concerns and it did not impact our overall enjoyment at 131 Seadrift. We'd definitely come back!

  Excellent location and beautiful home on the lagoon. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Only compliant is that we weren't able to take advantage of the fire pit as we couldn't to get it working (no instructions in the house book) and we couldn't find the key to the locked up water toys. House books states that we were welcome to use all the water toys, but didn't mention where the key was located to unlock them.

  Our family gathered at 131 Seadrift to spend a long birthday weekend together. The house was perfect for us...well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, cozy sitting areas, great outdoor space...we loved using the hot tub, outdoor shower, fire pit, and grill. With the exception of the Jack and Jill bathroom between the two front bedrooms ((too small to share between four people) and the fact that all the kayaks were locked up and not available for us to use, we wouldn’t have changed a thing!!!

  Highs: just a great place to hang out, especially the great room area; hot tub and outdoor shower with a great view of the ridge; very comfortable bed, cypress tree and Buddha in the back yard, kitchen layout and functionality, outdoor gas barbecue; watching the cormorants and pelicans fishing in the lagoon.
  
  Lows: sliding doors are a bit hard to open; surface is starting to come off if plates and bowls, they should be replaced; no shade cord on main entry slider, stain on walls is beautiful but a bit sticky.

  We had a lovely stay at 131 Seadrift. The house was perfect for our group- the bunk room was the best for the kiddos- the extra bed in there really helped! The hot tub was clean and the outdoor shower was fantastic! This house is close to the beach (a short walk). The kitchen had everything we needed, and we had some nice family meals. The only confusing thing was that the realtors called and said the owners were coming on Sunday and wanted to work on house.
