The back patio area is furnished with a charcoal bbq and old-fashioned loungers. The two bedrooms are homey and comfortable. A short walk down a garden path through the backyard leads to a hidden gate which brings you to a walkway out the beach. Simple and unpretentious and perfect for lazy afternoons with a book.

  Love this house so very much! It's private and cozy and is just such a quiet comfortable place to stay. My only complaint is it was a cold spell in Stinson and I was instructed to NOT use the heat. I had fires and utilized the space heaters but it was so chilly at night. I am staying at this home again but it will during the summer and I won't have to worry about the cold.

  We were here for a week while our adult children and families were across the road on the lagoon. It’s an adequate place to stay if you don’t want any “outdoor amenities” as the open area in back is rather “rustic”. You can get to the beach but it’s not easy; there are rocky steps to descend. Also it advertises 2 bathrooms but one is reached only by going outside and around the corner of the house.

  We enjoyed 104 Seadrift very much.
  
  We were somewhat dismayed that there was no salt and pepper in the kitchen. Though we expected to need to bring in food, it would seem salt and pepper would be something that we wouldn’t have to buy.
  
  Also, the sliding door doesn’t really function smoothly and there is no bug screen so that was somewhat limiting when we wanted fresh air but no mosquitos.
  
  Similar issue with the large window in the dining room area: screen was not secure, but workable.
  
  Other than that, it was a comfortable house and a lovely location.
