Cozy two bedrooms and two bathrooms make for a restful oceanfront getaway. A homey living room with fireplace and a kitchen with a view of the beach and a pro style range. Patios on both the ocean side and the wind-protected front, the house works great indoors and out. Two bedrooms, share a bath inside and a second full bath accessed from the patio. Classic old-fashioned picnic tables and armchairs made of logs harken back to simpler times. Bring out your cooler filled with your beverage of choice, listen to the game on your AM radio, flip burgers on the grill as the sun sets and the waves sparkle, and gather everyone around that big table and make some summer memories.
Well-mannered house-trained dogs are welcome at this property with the pet stay authorized by and payment of a pet fee per dog paid to Seadrift Realty. If you would like to have a dog stay with you they must be authorized by Seadrift Realty and a pet fee must be paid for their stay. All other animals and pets are not authorized for this home. Please adhere to leash laws anytime your dog is outside the home.

  I love 204 SeaDrift because it's a no-fuss, classic Stinson house in THE best ocean front location. I was pleasantly surprised this year to see the brand new flooring throughout! The house is always very clean and with an adequately-appointed kitchen for those who enjoy cooking. I was pleasantly surprised to receive speedy and friendly maintenance on a minor issue.   I loved my stay in this classic Stinson house right on the beach! If you’re looking for luxury, this is not it, as it’s classic Stinson beach house style. But, I wouldn’t trade it for anything. It’s PERFECT. It’s easy. It’s in an ideal location in Seadrift (perfect walk to the end at Bolinas Lagoon). There is ample space on the property to enjoy the front or back yard if it’s a family. I extended my stay because it was so wonderful. The only area of opportunity is a much needed upgrade on the well-worn carpet throughout. But even THAT enforces the casual relaxing vibe of this place . No fuss. I would love to own it!

  This beach house is perfectly located with easy walking access to town, and it’s right on the amazing beach! It’s pretty basic, but perfectly functional.
  The kitchen is fairly well stocked, plenty of knives, a blender that works, pots and pans that will work well enough for whatever you might cook. Nothing fancy, but totally adequate, and very fun.
  Bedrooms aren’t huge, but beds are new and comfy. Could stand to have a luggage rack to put a suitcase on, but the floor worked fine for us.
  We would totally book this place again, and we have fairly high standards. The location and the beach make this a perfect place to hang!

  We spent 4 days, Nov 1st-Nov 4th, at 204 Seadrift Road and had a wonderful time. We were 2 couples and 4 pups and the location right on the beach made the trip. The beds were very comfortable, which is a priority for us, and the kitchen has everything you need to whip up anything, including an ice maker in the fridge. Our favorite feature of the home was the location. It was great to just open the back door and be only steps from the beach. The sitting area on the little dune was a great place to sit and watch the sunset with a cocktail. The home does show a little wear and it would be nice if the street side patio and yard were enclosed for the the dogs, but that did not hamper the fun. I highly recommend this home.

  Fantastic. The arrigoni house was perfect for our surprise 65th birthday party at the beach. Our friends enjoyed the front area, the back of the house with the umbrella table ara was perf3ct for the elderly guests and others enjoyed relaxing in the chairs on the bluff. After the guests had gone, we enjoyed the house and the beach all week. We look forward to return visits.
  The furniture is a bit tired but fine for a vacation rental.
