Charming and iconic, this oceanfront property is a superb choice for unforgettable reunions. Thanks to thoughtful architecture this home flows from inside to out freely as the sea breeze. An open concept living room blends out to the kitchen, dining room, and courtyard lounge creating a spacious hosting area, both of which benefit from the warmth of the large stone fireplace.
122 Seadrift offers three bedrooms and two full baths in the main house plus a semi-detached guest house with full bath, kitchen, and coffee bar. The peaceful inner courtyard with a gas grill and table and chairs is wind protected for easy relaxing and dining. The ocean side patio opens to the golden dunes and the beach. The sound of the surf is present throughout the property. Two main bedrooms (each with a King bed) with baths and a room with two twin beds. The guest house has a King and a Twin bed for extra overnight accommodations.
If you’re feeling extra adventurous, take surf lessons or cast out a line to catch dinner to grill! Lay out on the sunny ocean front patio lounge chairs while the kids boogie board and play in the surf. The private Seadrift tennis court and Seadrift lagoon are only steps away for even more playtime activities. Gaze at the famous Stinson sunset on warm, balmy evenings and let the stress slip away.
Well-mannered house-trained dogs are welcome at this property with the pet stay authorized by Seadrift Realty. Please adhere to leash laws anytime your dog is outside the home.

  The house is fascinating with all the beautiful artwork. The views of the ocean were outstanding, and listening to the waves at night was a plus. We enjoyed the house so much, we didn't want to leave to go hiking or exploring Bolinas. The bedding and towels were luxurious and the beds very comfortable. We really liked the privacy because the bedrooms and baths are separated nicely. The great room very cozy and fun for our group. I chose the bath with the tub because I like baths, but there was no plug! That was the only disappointment. We loved the firepit outside and the picnic table and umbrella on the beach side. What fun to find the 4 bikes! We enjoyed a few bike trips. Was a wonderful time for our family. I think that the 9 year old dog enjoyed the trip the most. So glad that you allowed our pet!

  If you dream of the rugged Northern California coast and a beachy, windswept vacation..just a walk out your door, down a short, steep walk, onto the beach, then this is for you. It's not a new modern shiny house, not that scene. This seems to be an artist's longtime home, full of artwork, light, comfy beds, great kitchen, and space for plenty of leisure time. You can use the wonderful wood-burning fireplace even in the summer, since it's northern CA. and the weather is wild. Great managing agent to help you with everything.

  The location was easy walking distance to town and the beach. Kayaking in the lagoon is doable if you have a truck in which to transport the kayaks to the launch, but well worth it (kayaks can be locally rented and delivered to property). Bedding was very comfortable and clean in all rooms. Loved the eclectic art work. This property worked out very well for having small children. Separate cottage offers privacy.
